It has been busy at home and everywhere. Sir has a lot of responsibilities and obligations to uphold right now. I am busy being back up for him as well as continuing my own projects, hobbies, and work.
Life is like that sometimes.
I have realised that I miss that sort of deep soreness that comes from a really thuddy session of impact play. It is similar to the kind of soreness that comes from a just-right workout; the muscles have been used well, but not to failure.
Perhaps it is time for me to be more active. Prioritise a daily walk, breathing and stretching, get out in the garden. Stuff. That would be a useful sublimation of my need to be sore.
